Grant Applications

A 501©(3) non-profit may apply for a grant from the Corry Community Foundation. Nonprofits should submit only one application per period. Grant awards will expire one year after approval date if any required conditions are unmet, unless other arrangements have been made.

Mini-Grant Application—for requests of $2,000 or less

Charities serving the Corry region may apply. Applications from public or private schools, school districts, governmental entities and churches will not be considered. Applications should show a specific and tangible need. Requests for general operating support, salaries and debt reduction will generally not be considered.

  • Maximum award of $2000 per year, per nonprofit.
  • Each subordinate entity within a nonprofit, having its own separate board of directors, is eligible for the maximum grant award of $2000 per year.
  • Nonprofits who write grants for the benefit of other charities are eligible for $2000 per year for each charity.
  • Deadlines for the Mini-Grant Application are the 1st of the following months: March, May, July, September, and November.
  • Please submit only one grant application per period.

Standard Grant Application—for requests of more than $2,000

  • Applications will be considered twice a year.
  • Deadlines for the Standard Grant Application are March 1 and September 1.
