    JAY ROUGEAU 

    JAY ROUGEAU 

    Trooper Jacques “Jay” Rougeau died in the line of duty on June 17, 2023, a day he went to work on his day off to assist his fellow troopers in an active shooter incident. “Jay drove toward danger to protect the rest of us. We should celebrate his heroism and never forget it,” said Governor Josh Shapiro.
